Utilizing carbon nanotube (CNT) technology, the system is smaller and more agile than other mobile X-ray machines. It is ideal for bedside imaging in emergency departments and is easy to maneuver through small patient rooms, crowded hallways, or tight ICU spaces.
Multiple design features ensure workflow is optimized and all the patient exams required each morning can be quickly performed. Only weighing 95kgs, the ultra-lightweight Rover is ergonomic in design with key features such as a balanced articulating arm and collimator controls on tasks, it’s much simpler to use and position than traditional mobile X-rays machines improving useability. When on the move, the small footprint allows a clear 180-degrees line of site and the long-lasting Lithium Ion-Phosphate battery means the Rover can run without mains power for up to 6 hours.
